Shipping

RUOHAN offers free shipping on all orders via SF Express/FedEx/DHL from Shanghai.

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.

For international orders, both shipping fees and all applicable import duties, taxes, and clearance charges are fully covered by RUOHAN. Customers will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

 

Returns

RUOHAN accepts returns of orders in their original condition within 14 days of the delivery date. If you wish to return your item(s), please follow the instructions below:  

1. Email us at info@ruohan.co to request a shipping label for your return.
2. Make sure the item you return is in its original undamaged condition with original tags attached and repackaged securely in the original packaging.
3. Print the shipping label and select the pickup time for the courier to collect the package at your shipping address. 

RUOHAN offers complimentary return shipping for the first return request for each customer. For any subsequent returns, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. 

Once your return reaches us, please allow 3 to 7 business day for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, the package will be sent back to you at your expense and your refund will not be issued. When your return has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be issued.

Refunds

Once your return has been accepted, we will process your refund and send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and on the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to the original form of payment.
